It has been proven that this type of stimulation programs do not create any dependency. It is recommended to use the chosen program twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. Also, to obtain maximum effectiveness, the precaution must be taken to do the sessions at the same time of day for at least one week. If you do not have the time to do two sessions a day, doing one also works, but it will take longer to obtain results.
These programs should not be used by people with a BACKGROUND OF EPILEPSY. Use by such people could cause an epileptic seizure. If this occurs, there is no danger; at the first symptoms, the session supervisor should remove the headphones or stop the program.
It is also not recommended for use by people who suffer from heart disease or who suspect they are pregnant. It is recommended that during the first few minutes of the first session you remain accompanied by someone who supervises the session..
1 – PROGRAM CONCEPT
A program is the result of combining a series of frequencies for a certain period of time. Depending on the structure and value of the frequencies and the time during which they are emitted, different effects will occur.
The SUPERBRAIN system is made up of 48 programs, divided into 4 applications. Each of them has been designed with a specific structure to obtain specific results. In order to better understand how the system works, we will use a graphic representation.
Considering that our synthesizer emits frequencies between 1 Hz and 25 Hz, the basic schemes for a 30-minute program could be the following (in some programs, which are considerably shorter, the same scheme is followed, but in less time, since better results have been observed in this way in most users):
- Light relaxation program. The synthesizer begins to emit at a high normal activity frequency. The frequency gradually decreases until it takes us to Alpha waves (12 Hz), which corresponds to a state of light relaxation. At the end of the program, the frequency rises again to return us to our normal level of activity.
- Deep relaxation program. The target frequency is 8 Hz (low Alpha waves), which correspond to a deeper state of relaxation.
- Insomnia program. The program begins by emitting waves typical of the waking state. The frequency gradually decreases until it takes us to Delta waves (deep sleep waves). Naturally, since the objective of the program is to help you fall asleep, the frequency increase in the previous assumptions does not occur.
- Concentration program. In this case, the objective is radically different. It is about “increasing” our brain activity, until we achieve an optimal level of functioning (concentration). This program would be indicated in the case of finding ourselves in a state of mental “atonia”.
Within the range of programs, there are some cases, such as relaxation, in which several different programs are offered. This is because each of them has small structural differences that allow, in addition to obtaining different depths, a better adaptation to each user, since each person can perceive different effects using the same program.
2 – STIMULATION MODE CONCEPTS
The multifunctional oscillator emits acoustic signals following four different codes. We will call each of them “stimulation mode”.
These stimulation modes are combined throughout the program with complex and carefully studied structures, with the aim of increasing or decreasing the intensity of stimulation in certain places of the cerebral cortex; in this way the effects of the program are optimized..

4 – SYSTEM FUNDAMENTALS: THE F.F.R. EFFECT

Robert Monroe, one of the most prominent people in the neurologically efficient sound sector, devised the HEMISINC METHOD: (Synchronization of the cerebral hemispheres through sounds). Just as a crystal glass resonates when a pure tone is emitted, the brain resonates when receives certain wave frequencies, synchronizing with them, an effect known as FFR Frequency Following Response.
It is simple, through stereo headphones sound signals are sent separately to each ear, for example 2 signals of 300 and 304 Hz. In one ear only the 300 Hz signal will be heard and in the other only the 304 Hz signal, but since the sounds are combined within the brain, the brain will hear a third signal of 4 Hz, which is the difference between the two sound impulses.
This third signal is not an audible sound, but an electrical signal that can only be created by the brain hemispheres acting in unison, and can go unnoticed, resulting in both hemispheres focusing simultaneously on the same state of consciousness, thus increasing brain power.
5 – HOW TO USE
Use with headphones, either sitting in an armchair or lying down in bed. It is important to do this in a quiet room, without noise and, if possible, with soft lighting.
Once the sound is activated, for a few seconds (depending on the program, up to about 30), you will not hear anything, but the image may vary in speed or even stop. When you start to hear the sound and the image moves uniformly, continue to watch the hypnotic image until the screen turns off. From this moment on, you should listen with your eyes closed.

If you want to change the program without having finished the one you are listening to, simply return to the menu and choose the one you want.
OBSERVATIONS: The effects of this application with hypnotic images and sound ultimately have a subjective component. Each individual has peculiarities and the experience can vary considerably from one to another. Use the programming instructions as suggestions but remember that it will be up to you, with practice and testing, to determine the most effective programs for your objectives.

8 – TYPES OF WAVES USED IN THE PROGRAMS AND STATES THEY INDUCE

- ONDAS ALPHA WAVES FROM 8 HZ TO 13 HZ
USUAL STATE: Relaxation and rest, at the lowest frequency 8 Hz is where the sleep phase (dreaming) begins.
USUAL FEELINGL: Total integration between body and mind. The subconscious begins to emerge. - BETA WAVES FROM 14 HZ TO 30 HZ
USUAL STATE: This type of wave is recorded when the person is awake in a state of normal activity.
At frequencies above 30 Hz, the individual goes into a state of stress in which the coordination of ideas and normal physical activity are seriously altered.
USUAL FEELING: Because all the senses are turned outwards, restlessness, fears, and stress can accompany this state. - DELTA WAVES FROM 1 HZ TO 3 HZ
USUAL STATE:It mainly arises in deep sleep, on very rare occasions it can be experienced while awake unless with very hard training or with a hemisphere synchronizer such as Superbrain applications.
