SELF-HELP PROGRAMS

The Superbrain applications offer, within blocks 5 and 6, a series of self-help programs to address certain inappropriate or harmful behaviours or attitudes that, unfortunately, are quite common.

In block 5, we find the programs that help overcome specific behaviours. These programs are as follows:

PROGRAM C-01 (P-38) INCREASE PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE (Approx. 32 min.)

It begins with sounds to stimulate creativity for 6 minutes. The remaining 26 minutes contain sounds to stimulate creativity and subconscious instructions to increase performance.

PROGRAM C-02 (P-13) ACHIEVE SUPER CONCENTRATION (Approx. 24 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate concentration for 3 minutes. The remaining 21 minutes contain sounds to stimulate concentration and subconscious instructions to achieve super concentration.

PROGRAM C-03 (P-14) OVERCOMING IMPOTENCE OR FRIGIDITY (Approx. 28 min.)

Begins with 5 minutes of energizing sounds. The remaining 23 minutes contain energizing sounds and subconscious guidance to help overcome sexual problems.

PROGRAM C-04 (P-48) COMBATING STRESS (Approx. 24 min.)

Begins with 4 minutes of stress-relieving sounds. The remaining 20 minutes contain stress-relieving sounds and subconscious guidance to help overcome stress.

PROGRAM C-05 (P-8) LOSING WEIGHT WITH MIND CONTROL (Approx. 35 min.)

Begins with 4 minutes of deep relaxation sounds. The remaining 31 minutes contain relaxation sounds and subconscious guidance to help achieve the necessary mindset for weight loss.

PROGRAM C-06 (P-24) MANIFESTING DESIRES (Approx. 22 min.)

Begins with sounds to induce a deep meditation for 2 minutes. The remaining 20 minutes contain sounds for relaxation and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to achieve the mental strength to reach goals.

PROGRAM C-07 (P-22) OVERCOMING SHYNESS (Approx. 32 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate creativity at level II for 4 minutes. The remaining 28 minutes contain sounds to increase creativity and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to achieve the mental strength to overcome shyness.

PROGRAM C-08 (P-48) COMBATING MIGRAINES (Approx. 24 min.)

Begins with sounds to combat stress for 4 minutes. The remaining 20 minutes contain sounds to increase relaxation and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to achieve the mental strength to overcome shyness.

PROGRAM C-09 (P-14) HEALING THROUGH THE MIND (Approx. 28 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate energy for 3 minutes. The remaining 25 minutes contain sounds to stimulate energy and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to achieve the mental strength to overcome illness and recover more quickly during convalescence.

PROGRAM C-10 (P-39) QUIT SMOKING (Approx. 24 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate relaxation for 3 minutes. The remaining 21 minutes contain sounds to stimulate relaxation and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to achieve the mental strength to quit smoking.

PROGRAM C-11 (P-37) COMBATING INSOMNIA (Approx. 24 min.)

Begins with sounds to induce sleep for 3 minutes. The remaining 21 minutes contain sounds to induce sleep and instructions for inducing the subconscious mind to combat insomnia.

PROGRAM C-12 (P-13) ENHANCING MEMORY (Approx. 21 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate concentration for 1 minute. The remaining 20 minutes contain sounds to increase concentration and instructions for inducing the subconscious to enhance memory.

Begins with sounds to stimulate altered states of consciousness for 1 minute. The remaining 29 minutes contain sounds to increase altered states of consciousness and instructions for inducing the subconscious to achieve a hypnotic trance.

PROGRAM C-14 (P-35) INDUCTION FOR REGRESSION (Approx. 23 min.)

Begins with sounds to induce relaxation states for 1 minute. The remaining 22 minutes contain sounds to enhance relaxation and instructions for inducing the subconscious to access previous stages.

PROGRAM C-15 (P-48) ASTRAL TRAVEL INDUCTION (Approx. 29 min.)

Begins with sounds to stimulate astral sleep for 1.1 minutes. The remaining 28 minutes contain sounds to stimulate astral sleep and instructions for inducing the subconscious to achieve astral travel.
