SUPERBRAIN PROGRAMS

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The effects of F.F.R. sound-based programs ultimately have a subjective component. Each individual has his or her own peculiarities and the experience can vary considerably from one to another. Use the programming guidelines as suggestions, but remember that it will be up to you, through practice and testing, to determine the most effective programs to achieve your goals.

PROGRAM 1 – RELAXATION INITIATION PROGRAM:

(Approximate duration of the program 30 minutes)

Very gentle introductory program to the system. Specially designed to serve as a transition to the rest of the programs in the system.

Its prior use is not essential, but it is advisable if during the first sessions, the changes and effects of other programs are too abrupt.

Advisable in cases where you need to relax during study or a certain task, but not lose the rhythm you were going through when you return.

PROGRAM 2 – RELAXATION 2:

Light relaxation program. Made up of very dynamic structures in the high Alpha wave range. The objective: to achieve a certain relaxation and muscle relaxation, but without ever becoming disconnected from the surrounding reality.

This program is ideal for becoming familiar with the use of relaxation programs, since by not losing control over the surrounding environment, it allows you to see how the system works without fear of losing control.

It is perfect for relaxing lightly and then being able to continue with what you were doing without losing track of how to continue with it.

Perfect for beginning to perceive the disconnection from the outside world, but not yet doing so completely.

Deep relaxation.

Absolute muscular relaxation. Internalization of consciousness, but without causing drowsiness.

Excellent program to use after a hectic day or after exhausting physical effort.

Restorative effects on the nervous system, increased speed of reabsorption of lactic acid (excellent for avoiding “soreness” in athletes).

The appropriate program to be used simultaneously in the fight against the effects of stress, (3 or 4 sessions per week as a general rule in cases of permanent or pathological stress, or even 2 sessions per day).

PROGRAM 5 – RELAXATION 5:

Useful program for relaxing and falling asleep.

Slowly leads from low Beta waves to Delta waves.

Take care to set an alarm or wake-up call, taking into account the duration of the program, if you do not want to fall asleep, as this can happen while listening to the program.

You can also turn off the program when the drowsiness that precedes sleep begins to set in.

Programa útil para relajarse y conciliar el sueño. Presenta, con respecto al anterior, una estructura distinta. El usuario deberá determinar por ensayo cual de los dos sistemas le resulta más eficaz.

Conduce lentamente desde las ondas Beta bajas a las ondas Delta.

Hay que tomar la precaución de ponerse alguna alarma o despertador, teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de duración del programa, si no desea quedarse dormido, ya que puede suceder escuchando el programa.

También puede desconectar el programa cuando empiece a establecerse de forma consciente el sopor que precede al sueño.

Ideal to be used every two hours of study using the traditional system.

It should be used when you notice that your attention is waning and it begins to be difficult to focus your mind on the subject of study.

In very long study sessions, it complements well with the 12 Rest Between Study Sessions program.

High intensity stimulating program. Designed to combat mental apathy and lack of motivation.

The combination of a short relaxation program, followed by this program, can generate the “spark” that gets us going in those moments when we suffer, for whatever reason, a mental block.

This program has a great theta activity in all its modes during its middle and final phase as a fundamental characteristic. It should be used after conventional study to improve the fixation of the contents in memory.

It can be used when studying the night before the exam and for reasons of time you are not going to dedicate at least 6 hours of sleep to rest.

In these cases, they can be of great help to fix those “last data” accumulated that can produce such unfortunate results in the exams.

Specially designed to be used while doing creative or artistic work; drawing, writing, painting, composing music, sculpting; also while solving complex mathematical problems or simply when facing a problematic situation that requires what we call a “happy idea” to solve it.

Ultimately, it is about creating a pattern of brain functioning that allows us to make the most of all our creative resources.

Creativity programs involve a symbiosis between relaxation and stimulation.

Their structures are extremely dynamic and their visual effects are the most complex of all programming.

They can be used as a non-systematic alternative to stress treatments, but their practical purpose is the search for that “spark” of inspiration that we all need at times. It is advisable to use them with music.

This program is designed to achieve maximum functional activation of the entire brain. The programs in the holistic thinking and mental clarity block are possibly the most powerful in the system.

It works with relatively high frequencies and its objective is to help the user solve and analyze problems.

While in the rest of the programs the user’s mental attitude is totally passive, here we have to keep the mind awake and reason, in the same way as we would do without the equipment; only this time we will have an electronic ally that will progressively place our mind in the optimal conditions to obtain the maximum possible performance.

Program to achieve deep relaxation states through very gentle frequency changes.

This program, like the rest of the scanner block, adopts a very moderate sawtooth structure.

It is indicated for those users who do not like programs with excessively abrupt changes.

Program indicated to help you to fall asleep by means of very gentle frequency changes. It also tends to help you remember your dreams.

This program, like the rest of the programs in the scanner block, has a very moderate sawtooth structure.

It is recommended for users who are not pleased with programs with excessively abrupt changes.

PROGRAM 35 – LOW FREQUENCY

(Approximate duration of the program: 22 minutes)

This program emits a constant, fluctuating frequency. Its sound effects are naturally very monotonous.

It can be used to investigate our reactions to specific frequencies.

It can also be used as a short introduction to other programs or to “wake us up” after a long relaxation program.

PROGRAM 36 – INSOMNIA

Program to help you fall asleep or access the state of sleep that precedes it.

Some people find this system more effective than the insomnia programs with the auto function.

It can also be used to achieve faster relaxation, but never for more than 7 or 8 minutes, maximum 10, after which it would start to cause drowsiness.

Specially designed to be used while carrying out creative or artistic work; drawing, writing, painting, composing music, sculpting; also while solving complex mathematical problems or simply when facing a problematic situation that requires what we call a “happy idea” to be solved.

Ultimately, it is about creating a pattern of brain functioning that allows us to make the most of all our creative resources.

Its purpose is to increase and maintain a stable and undisturbed level of attention; it is very useful for use while reading or studying for long periods of time.

After the first few minutes of adaptation to the light pulsations of the white noise, concentrated reading and optimal focus of attention on the subject of study are achieved.
